Clearing only cache and what you call memory is often not enough. Additionally, in the same place, clear data (stored in the root installation folder) to be sure to flush out any potentially conflicting past settings. This resets the program to "new install" and starts over with language, voice, etc.
It is not always necessary to do any of this, but when things start behaving wrongly or erratically, it's a place to start before changing files, editing things, etc (which could make things worse).Last edited by Mike Hunt; 28th June 2018 at 06:58 PM.
