Yes I saw it and it was not clear to me.
what is the meaning of the sentence "the first camera is a trigger and it starts the measurement, it is set by manual tuning or through the txt file for the cameras, CAT3."?
do we need to modify something in the txt file?

... for accurate measuring of average speed on highways with latest version of Pongo skin (metod with two cameras), you have to set the first (zone entering) camera, to speed which you do not want to overrun, eg. in Serbia that speed is 120km/h. The second (zone exiting) camera must be set to speed of 0km/h to stop the measurement.
