igo avicsync does not license the map (2017.Q2) Igo basarsoft works. I do not understand why? What kind of file do I need?

Pongo make this new skin with measuring average speed on highway.

In previous releases did not work best but is now in operation, 2 cameras are used for average speed measurement. the first camera is a trigger and it starts the measurement, it is set by manual tuning or through the txt file for the cameras, CAT3. The measurement time is set to a maximum of 2 hours. After that the measurement stops. Also, the measurement stops by recalculating the route or losing the GPS signal.

At the moment there is NO version of NextGen WinCE "full cra...d", but they are ALL partially cra...d,so they require licenses for most of everything.
