can it be fixed, because we here in Serbia, really need the average speed measurements. The average speed is measured by police on highways, from one tool gate to another. (tool gate 2) - (tool gate 1)=xx km, you traveled xx minutes (hours), then xx km / xx min. (hours) = xx km/h. Can it be fixed on that way to GPS lost, or routing changes (stopping on gas station) not interrupt the measurement ?
