Solved. It helped delete files laneassist_320.zip, laneassist_480.zip, laneassist_560.zip from the UX folder. The arrows are now displayed correctly.

Just copy Folder "Igo_Nextgen" to SD. and instal apk from Install folder.
Install folder contain working apk for TMC and weather.
Old version is recommended uninstalling and deleting SD folder with all contain.
