I do not have Skin Settings/Cocpit/Colored Diricons menu item. Maybe conflict with some of the ux zip. Tried data.zip from post 1 here also original from iGo Navigation from march/14.

Sometimes is conflict between ux files if you mix up from different skins . Also in the pongo skin is 2 similar ux files next_maneuver_overview and next_maneuver_overview_NG.You must use only one from them.
