Whenever I approach a turn I see a zoomed preview in a separate picture-in-picture frame, that by the way disappears before reaching the turn. Is it possible to disable that frame and instead zoom the entire map?

Map appareance/automatic overview in split view/uncheck split view
Or in settings/navigation view/disable 2D-overview of maneuver

You can also check if in your UX folder you have the file next_maneuver_overview_ng.zip.
If so, remove this file from the folder.

How can I update to the latest version of the skin?
I have iGO Israel Nextgen 9.18.27.687519 on an external SD with the 2017-01-22 version of the skin.
I downloaded the 2020-11-03 version from this topic: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I copied all files except the speedcam folder and the sys.txt file in order to keep my settings. As a result the app crashes just before completing the start process.
Is the version of the skin incompatible with the version of the iGO app? Is it possible that the old sys.txt causes the crash?Last edited by Boki; 2nd June 2021 at 11:56 AM. Reason: approved

Again - this has all been discussed many times
Don't mix old and new content. It is highly recommended to clear cache and delete the save folder after replacement.

Of course it is compatible, it is in the very definition of skin.
