Updated to the LATEST pongo skin and now I have NO sky at all. The "sky" background is just black!

I didn't have this problem with the previous pongo skin version w/ Weather Service 1.0.6.5, even disabled weather.zip to avoid conflict.

Have no idea what went wrong.... any ideas?
