I was aware of your post and noticed you did not get a reply either. I tried a simulation and the TTS Speedcam did not work. I read once that TTS Speedcam does not work in simulation but works only in real life. Not sure if it is true.
In your working setup, do you have the tts-speedcam.zip or the tts-speedcam-eng.zip file in the UX folder?
Thanks for letting me know that it works even if the option is greyed.
