Have tried your sys.txt but zoom still far, not like your screenshots. Did you change something in this sys.txt compare to the sys.txt from screenshots? I will try change some 3d zoom parameters to see if i can achive what i want. Thanks

You can try one of these two possibilities -

1. Settings - Navigation View - Map Appearance - Viewpoint -- Far , Normal , Close and
2. Settings - Navigation View - Automatic Overview -- Off
