    This is what is available

    additions:
    -Arrow Down points for the panels (in all résos)
    By default the arrow panels are spikes down
    The choice is making rarely or only once,
    only those who want the arrows upward will put these two lines:

    inverse_arrow = 1

    -Transparency For DA tab (on / off)

    Correction:
    -Recentrage The map portrait when adding or editing a radar
