The first link is not the correct one, so re-download.

Applied this skin and noticed that the option turn restriction under Warning is not working, when i click on this option it does not bring up a dialog box to make the selection. Has anyone else have this problem? I have deleted the save folder and tried this again, still no joy.

Any advice on how to get this working will be appreciated.
