ANIMATED POLICEMAN

i modify the skin pongo and the ux file compass

AND

an animated policeman appears to PONGO skin when OUR SPEED is bigger than road speed limit,

1)first we must enable it from a)skin settings > cockpit > ANIMATED POLICEMAN

2)we must enable GRAND COMPASS from navigation view > map appearance > compass settings.

replace or put inside your ux folder the two zip files
after unzip
