Here is what was written on a French Ribou forum:

There is a problem with this version of Pongo skin (and with the 9.19.5)

- Climatic Speed = Slow speed limited (in France in rainy weather). Pongo resumed function Tanuki, but with errors. In the [lua] of systeme.ini there is tkspeedlesssound variable (tk = Tanuki). There may be a corrective one day.

- Full speed. Again, bug. The variable is present (bdshowspeedmovers), although it varies from 0-2 but the full-screen speed is not present in excess.
