You should find in data.zip the file default.viz
and change the entries under this section:
; Planned = 27 planned route
In pongo's skin the default.viz file is in the_skin_by_pongo.zip so better change it there.
I have a ux (called width_roads in this ux folder. It's for 9.35 edition but I think it also works on 9.18
