IGO Nextgen TMC problem

Hello everyone,
I’m having a persistent issue with online TMC and I can’t get it to work correctly.

Device: Realme Note 50 (RMX3834), 128/4+4 GB, Android 15
iGO version: Nextgen Israel 9.18.27.687519 (Jan 26 2017)
Skin: Pongo, version 4 October 2025

I’ve tested many different TMC license files, but the result is always the same. Both Decell and HERE show traffic events in Greece and Turkey, but nothing in Bulgaria.

Maps tested:
- HERE 2024.Q4 (full Europe)
- HERE 2025.Q2 (full Europe)
Tested separately — same result.

The Save folder is taken from a Brazilian build with identical structure.
At this point I suspect the issue is license‑related, but I’ve run out of ideas.

If anyone has a working TMC setup for Bulgaria (Decell or HERE), or knows which exact licenses are required, I would really appreciate your help.
