Based on your "SYS.txt" this is not the original Pongo skin, since the [warning] section should not be in SYS. Perhaps this is some kind of LOLO skin Mod from 2017 or something like that. And in this situation it is difficult to find reasons, I think the easiest way is to install the Pongo skin from 2023, where all the wishes are already taken into account and everything works 100%. The main reason is that the user does not report the version and years of his software.
