You didn't mention your device, I suspect a car device.
    Change the sys.txt entry "navigation_audio_stream=4" (1-6)
Also the entry "save_cheksum=0" , the correct entry is "checksum".
Then delete all "poivisiblities.txt" in the save folder.

You can do the traffic test yourself, create a new route with and without a ".fsp" file

    Sorry,
Powerful 8GB RAM Xiaomi Poco F3 Android Smart Phone.

    Thank you Golom,
I'll test audio stream from 1 to 6. Checksum word sorted, thank you very much.

poivisibilities.txt not found, but found 4 files in path:
    \iGO_NextGen\save\profiles\01\
    poi_visiblities_A.txt, poi_visiblities_A.txt.cks poi_visiblities_B.txt, poi_visiblities_B.txt.cks
so I assume this is same thing so deleted all 2 *.txt files and 2 *.cks files as I understand this *.cks is just 12bytes of checksum file for *.txt file.

I'll try do more research with *.fsp files, thanks.

According to screenshots, it is a phone
I still don't understand after all these years why most people think it's a mistake in the sys file. It can be, but only if you set everything else wrong (you renamed the main folder, put igo/content in wrong places, etc)
With FULL respect Boki, I wouldn't ask for if it would be easy and obvious, because:
It was absolutely fine, perfect, very fast and stable for several months.
    So, folders cannot be wrong.
I was improving tweaks and sys file. Some week while driving it started randomly switching OFF. As soon as I turn app ON it comes back to same place as it was before and does work fine, for minutes or hours before next random crash.
What I found not random: every time when I tap on route summary to display, it shows it for a second and crash - always. It doesn't matter if trip is set for 2km, or 2000km, if live traffic are ON or OFF etc. It always crash in that point.

Not a problem to wipe it all and start from scratches, but I would love to know where the bug is hiding. I done what I could myself, several hours of reading things but not cured it so far.

"How to assemble a functional basic NextGen package" --> not a problem, I can do it within one hour, BUT... my point is to find current bug, not just wipe it and assembly fresh. If I won't fix it then on the end yeah, I'll build up again but without any tweaks as I cannot find what's causing the issue.

    UPDATE:

After following above described Golom suggestions it looks like it started to work fine
When I tap on "Route Summary" it doesn't crash anymore like it used to within 2secs

it could be that typo "checksum" word, I don't know but it does work now. I'll see for how long. I won't tweak it any more for now to see how it will work, thanks.

    UPDATE 2:

I reverted correct "checksum" word back to my typo "cheksum", guess what: it started crashing exactly the same way. Thank you Golom to pointing it out.
Boki, as you can see it was sys.txt problem. Yes I'm old user, I wouldn't bother asking same thing all over again. I studied my sys file several times, I just couldn't notice it, just a human typo sort of mistake. In my opinion it was right thing to consult it over here, otherwise I would start from scratches all over again not knowing about the problem and more likely I would hit same problem again as I have dozens of sys files in hierarchy like v.01 v.02 etc... like more likely most of us have to do own improvement stuff
Honestly I couldn't notice this "c" missing. If I would do copy/paste then more likely I would avoid it, but a lot of stuff which I learn in here I just write manually from the keyboard.

Now I need to research to sort one more important issue:
How to switch OFF road closures due to roadworks info in live traffic but leave ON live traffic and accidents info itself.
Reason: Live traffic in my area is perfectly matching but roadworks and road closures due to roadworks absolutely not. Weeks and months of differences between "road closed" and reality.
    Code:

    Doesn't make any better.
