Igo Luna installation problems

Luna cannot be started even if, for example, a specific iGO Primo/Nextgen is or was installed.
Otherwise I had no problems with Luna from Android 8 (tablet) to 12 (smartphone) - as long as iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974_no_VR_mod was already installed

There you go, Here is my problem.
yes I have Igo nexgen Israel installed on this unit..
Will remove Israel and try Luna again.

Edit:
Now I am getting incomplete folder, missing Igo sd card
