Good day.
I have a question if anyone is able to help make a ux plugin with diricon animation for nextgen.
I have, but under Primo android.
Unfortunately, I don't know scripting.

I don't mean the diricon in the upper left corner, but the display in the middle.
In the photo it is clearly shown and written that it is about displaying the maneuver in the middle of the screen.

Did you read Alan's reply in post #8?
From your picture, I would say that only the arrow from the corner to the center of the screen was copied and enlarged.
If you want to change system pointers ... don't expect others to do something like that, it's a enormous job.
