    Default 3D view not complete on iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519

    All,
    On my installation of iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519 on an Android 7 10" tablet, the screen does not update/refresh completely in 3D mode.

    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    See the top right-handcorner Anyone knows what I can do about this?

    As a side note, how can I get rid of the W/H button on the screen? I do not see any use of this button.

    Thank you and regards.
    Kees.

    You have two options.
    Changing dpi in sys.txt.
    Or changing the size of bmp in the ski.zip plug

    I forgot to mention but initially at startup it is ok. As soon as the refresh comes in, because of position change then I see this.

    Cancel save folder or re-install.

    Install Aida 64 apk on your device.
    You will check your device dpi.
    This will change the dpi in sys.txt
    [rawdisplay]
    dpi =, 160,
    240
    , 320.
    This Aida apk will show dpi.
    And enter this in sys.txt
    dpi =?

    Thanks for the responses.
    Did the following;
    Deleted the save folder
    [rawdisplay]
    dpi=299
    [interface]
    resolution_dir="2560_1600"
    Alas no fix.
    The issue is that initially all is ok at first startup but after 1, or more, position updates the upper righthalf is black.
    Changing the sky image is something that doesn't fit the symptoms?

    Regards, Kees.

    Reduce the resolution of your screen through settings to half, you certainly don't need that much.
    You will also disburden the device this way, it will be more pleasant for you to watch and much more readable.

    You can't rid of the W/H button on the screen, it's a matter of the UI and Samsung doesn't allow it.
    You can try some third-party software, but it usually doesn't work in cases like this. Maybe with some custom launcher.

    Everything you asked has nothing to do with navigation
    Try to google a bit in cases like this, the problem is the SYSTEM.
    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Ok, for the black sky on the toprighthalf, that is fixed by changing the colorscheme!
    Choices like 'becker' and 'standard' have this issue but some colorschemes fill the sky as it should.

    Regarding the W/H button on the screen, that is not part of the UI of Samsung, I don't have one, and the like, it is part of iGO nextgen. The button sets the size of the area where the resident buttons are situated, like tollroad, voice, tmc,....

    Someone can shine a light on how I can adapt the standard colorscheme, which I prefer, with the skymap of a working colorscheme?

    Dear TestKees,

    Replace in ux-folder file "sky.zip" with this:

    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    It covers almost all known resolutions of the displays on Android devices and should work in all color schemes.

    Thanks to Garigor for this ux-utlity.

    I checked and if I am not mistaken, the file you suggested does not appear in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

    For better [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - You're invited to open a THREAD about this UX in iGO's UX Utilities sub-forum.

    If the UX is not yours, just add down there a BIG SIZE thanks to the author!
