iGO can't see map

Hi everyone.

If any kind soul could point me in the right direction:

iGO Navigation 9.18.27.693527
Maps: Portugal_HERE_2019.Q4
Android HU with Android 9
External SD Card (app and contents) in GPS slot for sd card

Problem: iGO can't see map of Portugal

But: No issues with tomtom map of portugal, no issues with Spain HERE map, or even no issue with Portugal_HERE_2018.Q3.

At first i thought it could be a bad download, but i downloaded it 5 times allready, from different packages: Map ps Portugau alone, Western Europe, and extract only Portugal, World map and extract only portugal,....

I tried clearing cache of iGO and din't work.

Any thoughts, or advice?

It is an old software release, followed by 3 more. Latest:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

And obviously your licenses are not complete.

Thanks for the info. From reading i got the impression that they were different versions, and not an update.

Will update later and see how it goes.

So, i upgraded, but HERE maps continue not to show. You mentioned a license issue, and i did updated the licenses too, but, anyway, from reading here i understood that with a license problem, the map would show, but with a red (or something) warning it couldn't be used. Did I understood wrongly? If I did understood wrongly, I will talke a closer look at the licenses, but I think I got them right..

What do you think?

Your assumptions are good

It is possible that the map file you downloaded is not good.
Download it from someone else (other source) - torrent or separately, it doesn't matter.
And use the latest edition of global_cfg

Thanks for the information. I was using the latest version of global_cfg, and I did try to download from a lot of different places/packages, allways with the same results.

But now actually i fixed with, don't ask me exactly what it worked, but what I did was.

1. Remove all files from content/map on sdcard (nothing is on internal, not even program)
2. start iGO like that, then exit, then clear cache, then exit and enter again, then exit.
3. Remove sdcard and put only the the map that didn't work.
4. started iGO and everything was working, and map detected.
5. Added rest of maps and everything continues to work as should.

Now all maos detected and working.
