Using TTS Voices cannot be done, even by crippling the words in the dictionary.voice you don't get a decent dialectal inflections.

The thing is much simpler, (even if laborious), if you edit a Voice file than the Basic ones, Voice_ita-m3-lua.zip, (Luca), or Voice_ita-f4-lua.zip, (Silvia), not TTS.

Inside the zip there is the audio folder with more than 300 .ogg audio files of all the indications concerning navigation.
You must register new audio files "translated" into Venetian and replace them all, leaving their original name.

By modifying the info.ini file you can change the name of the Voice and you can also change the Flag which is in .bmp.

Of course the quality depends on the equipment you will use to record and edit the audio files ......
