TomTom - TMC and TIME wrong

Is there any relation of the map with the TMC and TIME information?
In Brazil, the versions of the TomTom 2019.06 and 2019.12 maps are showing the time ahead of normal time and have no TMC information.
I also tested with TomTom maps of Portugal and had the same problem.
With HERE maps there is no problem.

Not here for me. Used both map versions and TMC and also Time is always correct and up and running.

You need to find the right server. Sorry, we know settings for EU, maybe someone other can help you...

Sorry for the question, but the same server is not able to answer Here and TomTom?
With maps Here we have the traffic information and the correct hour as we can see in the images above.

Reading your comment [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] then would it be wrong to assume that the TomTom server is no longer sending traffic information about Brazil?

I've done all possible tests including with each of the servers and nothing.
We only have online traffic information and the right hour with HERE maps.

I find it very strange to have the wrong hour, I do not imagine that this information comes from the server but from the cellphone operator.

The TMC signal is delivered by the servers, based on the data they receive from the appropriate infrastructure. If someone does not have their own, they will rent it from others.
In this procedure, the omission is theirs, because they failed to adjust the time parameters.

I also don't think the time depends on the TMC servers, if we use the navigator without data connection, can't we see the time?

I also believe that the time depends on the device and I don't understand how TomTom maps can influence.

Have you tried changing the parameters in Settings / Regional / Time Zone from automatic to manual or other item?

Have you tried changing the Date and Time settings on your phone too?

Yes. This was one of the tests I did and I was unsuccessful.
In all tests I always deleted the save folder, clean cache and data and restarted the device.
It is difficult to accept that the map also has an influence on the hour presented by the skin.

Maps of course have an impact. How do you think you get information without knowing where you are

To be honest, I'm not sure what the direct connection is. But. with TT maps I always got TMC information with their signature. With here maps - their or someone else (decell).
After all, it is the application that searches for data based on the available parameters.
