UX related to road width is present in every skin (i.e. Arimi's). Even more of them for different res/width.
You can use it independently.
There are also sys commands (for 3D), like
[3d]
planned_route_contour_width=9
planned_route_track_contour_width=9
planned_route_track_width=5
