I'm afraid, you are on wrong track!

GNSS means Global Navigation Satellite Systems, and it covers GPS (USA), Glonass (Russia), Galileo (EU) and Beidu (China).
In WinCE environment, the device (chipset) and navigation program communicates via NMEA sentences, it is independent from used satellite system.

Try to find the appropriate portnumber from WinCE settings.

Thanks for the info. I'm over it. IGO all port variations tested. It doesn't work with either. There is just that in the description of the device: GNSS receiver. The opration system:windows embedded compact 7

So a new version of WINCE.
