Thread: Resolve Permission Failed License.zip and associated drawbacks

Purpose :
I spent a lot of time to search on forum and see bad answer that not solve the case (for example smart manager that was not the root of error).
I finished to find solution by myself and share it with you that.


Smart phone Samsung S7 not rooted.
OS: Oreo 8.0 and 9.0 (not sure this change anything)
Error: Permission denied on License.zip => and after go on -no vocal guidance
Installed iGO: iGO_World on SD Card


To solve this :
Copy to card athe necessaries files (data.zip and ux, global and content) to root of iGO_World on SD Card
Create with ES Explorer tools on Google play or another same tools the folder too on Storage/Emulated/0 => Storage/Emulated/0/iGO_World
Go to parameters
Go to Applications
Go to Storage
Move storage to External
Move storage to internal
Remove Cache
Remove Data
Run IGO
Now no more error and voice guidance can be heard

Extra information
If you want to have the content directory the must setup it in the sys.txt (but in no rooted phone sys.txt is not avalaible).
The only solution I found was to change the one on the apk and resigned it.
Then move Storage to external


Hope It will help some of you.
I do it for iGO_World but it will be the same for the other iGO applications
