Are you 100% sure the software is genuine?
By this is meant that it is installed from the Play Store. All software and content are in internal memory of device in system partition (you can not "see" them or access it, unless the device is routed).
In that case, you can only legally buy the latest maps. No attempt to add content and license can help you. No way.

If the software came with the device and is on the card or the folders are there - it is not original. You can remove it, install another one you want...change content, etc.
Instructions for installation procedure are given in each NetxGen software dedicated topic. I would recommend versions that do not require additional licenses.
