You must prepare whole iGO_Israel folder, with proper files at proper places. If you do not know what it looks like, and you did not find it on the forum then you can always use google search.
Btw, all novice users usually think that problem is in sys file....
We don't need your sys. We can only see your organisation of files - folder/files structure.
If you are not so skilled and you are without experienc , then you should download some copy/paste package like this

to see what is right way.
And, especially for newcomers, it is recommended that the software be installed exclusively from internal memory, because this is also a limitation of new Android versions.

Problem installing iGo Israel Nextgen+Israel+9.18.27.687519+(Jan+26+2017)
Hello everyone!
I have been trying to install iGo Israel on my cellphone (Android 8) and on my father`s phone (Android 5) because someone recommended this for trucks. I have also downloaded the latest maps ( iGo Europe.Q4) but didnt do anything with them to not get more problems installing.
After reading loads of Threads I think I cant find how to install this properly. I tried to simply copy one main folder that I created (named it "iGO") with all the content I got when I download the .rar file to the SDCard or my Internal Memory (I tried both options to see if one or the other worked) and I actually manged to install it on my cellphone but I always get the same error when I open the app - "Folder is incomplete or non existent: /sdcard/iGO" and then I get another message saying the "Application is unable to start, please check other applications".
What can I do to solve this and to install this correctily?
I have spent hours trying to find a solution but I just cant find anything.
