Question about music players

Hi there! i have a long-standing issue with igo nextgen (also primo) on android devices

what kind of music player is the best to play mp3 alongside igo? i'd like something that pauses (or atleast mute) music while giving voice instructions, and resume playback after that, streaming both voice and music via bluetooth

so far i've only had success with igo Pal (stock), but i've had problems with that one and want something that works in other versions, and skins like Pongo, Arimi etc

i've tried all combinations of "navigation_audio_stream" in sys.txt and music players like vlc, poweramp doubletwist etc

i use a Asus Zenpad tablet paired with a fm transmitter via bluetooth in my car

And what it has to do with navigation?

Btw, it's basically nothing to do with the player
Your device(unit) must support simultaneous playback of different channels, bluetooth must support it, etc. It's often only a case of setting up the device.
And...I do not understand how you pair the FM transmitter over the bluetooth ???

There are already a lot these and similar questions on the Forum.
Try to find yourself using the search.

Hi! i've also thought it has more to do with device configuration, but, still find it strange that with igo pal installed, it works right off the bat, but not with other versions/skins

yes, i've read similar questions in the forum but all of them are about changing "navigation_audio_stream" parameters, which i've already done

Using music players on Android 6.0.1, Gift 9.18.27.687519 fade then pause music when TTS are announced over phone speaker or bluetooth correctly for me.
No "device configuration" needed, definitely no messing with "navigation_audio_stream" Perhaps you should start with minimal sys.txt and see.

Thanks Osiris, iGO Gift does work as you say indeed, just as iGO Pal did

the problem is, soon as you add any skin, Armi or Pongo's or whatever both audios get overlapped again... anyway its not a huge deal to me, but can't understand why skins are incompatible with that funcionality
