As you will see earlier post # 21, I tried to try the version from Basar Wars on 9.18.27.717219 - 18/04/2017. It was installed all over again, I added only maps. I also tried iGO Pal and iGO Gift Jan.17.
Post # 19 I tested maps on an application created by Texas_Pal-special - iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974. Everything with a new Save file.
Still the same.
Post # 21, I tried to try the version from Basar Wars on 9.18.27.717219 - 18/04/2017 It was without a save file.
