It's nice that a man has a high opinion of himself
But that does not mean that he knows everything about everything. Yesterday - when? And for what? I am IT and we can privately discuss the setup of CISCO or servers problems, or SEP/MES troubles... here we discuss about navi's, and btw I am messing with them for ~more then 15 years.

    In this case:
    - FIRST - crosspost is not allowed (FORUM RULES - read them). Not because it is our will, but for very practical reasons. One problem should be presented in one place, with all the details. Not to fade away.
    - SECOND - What? We must guess what you have on phone, what is your current setup, what ...etc etc...
Read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and follow it. That's why it was created. Not to guess. No one here has a crystal ball.
Maybe you seems to be a lot of superfluous, but one detail can makes the solution.
From years of experience in forums, in cases like yours, it's never a problem with software, but a user. In such a threads we discuss about software.
Personal skills and problems in other section:

    And be polite.

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
