Thanx for all help but I still did not find the loading screen ( post #1 ) I want to edit.
I downloaded the Android iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519_Kajoe_Pongo 8-3-2018 SDcard version and Internal version from here :
Spoiler: iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519_Kajoe_Pongo 8-3-2018
I copied the folders from the download ( folder structure post # 6 of that thread ) to the root, added maps, poi etc and installed the apk.
Everything works great, but where is that loadingscreen ?
Thanx Boki,
Sorry for the trouble, I want to replace the one from my first post for a .bmp image from my own.
Or is that not possible ?
In iGO_Gift > ux > the_skin_by_pongo.zip > ui_nextgen > res > the_dark > in all dpi folders there is a loading.bmp but that's a " iGO primo skin nextgen by pongo " bmp
Spoiler: loading.bmp
So not the one in my first post.
In iGO_Gift > ux > the_skin_by_pongo.zip > ux > the_skin_by_pongo there are no bmp files.

Hi wojpen and all of course.
In avicsync_nextgen.zip :
I used Dview to save all loading_portrait.bmp and loading_landscape.bmp files from these folders :
hdpi
ldpi
mdpi
xhdpi
xxhdpi
xxxhdpi
I made my own screens ( landscape and portrait ) from the bmp files from xxxhdpi folder and used Dview again
to scale them for the other folders.
Saved them as normal bmp and also as NNG iGO bmp.
In avicsync_nextgen.zip I replaced my screens for the original ones.
Cleared cache, deinstalled the app and deleted the save dir.
After installing the app again it starts installing but after that I got a black screen.
I'm sure I did something wrong but no idea what.
Tried both Windows bmp and NNG iGO bmp, no difference, both black screen.
Here are my two loading screens ( from xxxhdpi ) :
Spoiler: loading landscape
Spoiler: loading portrait
Thanx.
Hi Mate,
Then write what skin should be, and where? did you copy these images (folder, directory)?
PS. Maybe you've already written about it - but for 12 weeks of absence from the Forum a bit of reading has gathered- so it will be faster if you write
I'm back

Hi wojpen,
I don't have one yet, I will wait until I know if it's possible first.
Besides that, i have also no idea of the resolution and where to put it also.
I have a strong feeling that you've messed up some things...
In your OP is AVIC loading. How the hell did it get there? If you are using Gift package.
- maybe you putted separate loading ux
- maybe you mixed up files from different editions
- maybe....who knows...
Hi Boki
That's the reason I don't understand it at all. It's working perfect, that's not the problem.
But, as you said, where does this AVIC loading screen comes from.
I installed it again on my tablet, always do this to test before I install in the car.
Did a clean install because Android on the tablet feezes everytime so I did a factory reset.
I downloaded from post #9
This is what I got after I extracted it :
Spoiler: Download 1 folders
Spoiler: Download 2 folders
Spoiler: Download 3 folders
Added maps, poi, buildings etc, did not change or replace anything, just copied the whole folderstructure to the root of internal sd.
Installed the APK from the download : iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519_no.make.sys_v2.apk
Worked perfect from the first launch, only I have no idea where this loading screen is located.
Only difference is that I use my own sys.txt because in the past I had some problems with the resolution and with my sys.txt it's perfect.
So this AVIC loadingscreen is not such a big problem but I wanted to know because I don't understand where it's comes from![]()
