    Not folder. @arslankayna clear told you - file. Yes, "device.nng" file.
    Look if there is subfolder "SAVE" in main folder "NAVI AP" ?

    Can you access internal memory of device?

    P.S. Can you post structure of files/folders of working Primo at your device? Root, subfolders, all...
    Also content of it's sys file?

    Or upload whole package from card, but without large content (maps, pois, etc...).
