iGO Primo Nextgen(Israel) 9.18.27.687519 3D buildings?

First you need to make sure you have 3dc and 3dl files in iGO/content/building, then you go to igo settings and enable 3d.

Important: not all towns are completely covered by 3d buildings, they are usually covered around city centers

all map files are in place..
3d enabled...
but the 3d buildings still do not appear..
There is no problem in igo primo. (same location, same map)
But iGO primo nextgen, the 3d buildings do not appear.
could it be from double map usage, or from sys.txt?

in map appearance has two more settings:
landmarks + buildings --- is enabled ??
