This is for today's versions (personally tested and tested by me) which have a full - extended option to configure the vehicle profile.

Sorry but I can't recommend no one apps from yours list. Some of them are old, some need licenses, some are slowly, some have only simple possibilities...

I recommend some of newest, on 1st place Israel, and on 2nd place Gift (and Gift only like reserved opinion).

NextGen9.18.27.687519-Gift(26Jan2017) - can set extended settings**, gets restricted notification, have not see routing change based on truck settings
NextGen9.18.27.689739-Basarsoft(10Feb2017) - can NOT set extended settings
NextGen9.18.27.693527-World(14Mar2017) - can NOT set extended settings

Note that NextGen9.18.27.689739-Basarsoft(10Feb2017) is not slow, similar start up time*** for all three with pretty much same number of UX's

The Lorry profile is not available using default UX's of Basarsoft

* using HERE 2016.Q3 US .ftr file
** must have truck.zip ux (taken from World)
*** on 800x480 device running 4.4.2

Truck, Caravan and Lorry are things that uses "extended" settings. You can find a copy of trunk.zip UX at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

The "extended" SETTINGS are provided in vehicle_selection.zip UX for SOME proggy, NextGen9.18.27.687519-Gift(26Jan2017) is one. The truck.zip UX provide additional capability like notification. Furthermore (as I have said) in addition to settings, the routing engine, licensing, truck data (.ftr) and truck capability must all be valid for proggy to "fully" worked. Case in point, try to use a copy of truck.zip UX for World* on NextGen9.18.27.693527-World(14Mar2017) will NOT work. Nuff said, bottom line is this, you get it working (FULLY) then post what works for what proggy; and look at the codes when it doesn't work to find out why.

* The problem is that when proggy are posted, they are seldom a complete post. UX's are often taken from previous version or another version and that doesn't always work
