    Don't blame NG versions for their functionality. Blame yourself for your ignorance.
    Read and find all what suits your needs:

    Then, educate yourself a little bit, in tutorial section, for example:

    learn what are licenses for, POI's, how to setup vehicle modes in software, etc...

    TMC is more complex story. You have to read a lot and to adjust and experiment.
