Ok, sorry i should have given you more info. I have searched the forum as best as i could, even looked at every thread in help and support. I could not find any problem similar.

attempting the instal on a Samsug J1(6)
Android 6.0.1
unrooted
i have tried installing it both in Internal and Sd card, with the same result, also tried installing in iGO and iGO_world folders
using North American HERE maps.
not using any skin.

Basically I have tried everything i can think of, but my knowledge of Android isn't my strong suit!
