Try the June 15 version of igo nextgen israel.

Add these lines to sys.txt:

use_duration_for_tunnel=1
stop_at_tunnel_end=1

[feature]
tunnel_guidance=0 ;optional

If the igo primo is installed with maps in the internal memory, I recommend you have more than 500MB free. If not, you have to put the maps on an external storage. Do not move the application to the external storage.
