that is wrong path. That is real path for system. Maybe I am wrong, but on older Samsung devices, it is like that. On LoliPop, goes ...emulated.
The way you (Android, app...) have see it, is probably "/sdcard/0" or similar.
Chack system security options...
Clean up your system very in detail, from every residual files from previous installations. Delete file device.nng manually if necessary.
Then, use proper file manager (X-Plore, TTC or similar) to put files at proper places.
Then try with no.make.sys app
