Redlight camera and Traffic light required entries in speedcam.txt for it to show/work.

Don't worry about sys.txt (ignore the setting of traffic_lights, it has nothing to do with what you want). You need to get the data in your area regarding Redlight speed camera and/or Traffic lights. Look for them under the voice/speedcam section. Once you got the data in speedcam.txt file, put it under content/speedcam.

What causes the traffic lights to appear is the licenses. There are a number of licenses for some reason that cause the problem. This problem causes the problem with the navigator's guidance and voice guidance, and adds to the number of places at the second light. After the licenses are removed, the traffic lights disappear and everything is fine. There is a recent license of Europe 2017 which weighs 4.27kb which causes the addition of traffic lights. Probably loading any file in the background that creates the problem. The problem is in all maps, not in a specific country.
    Hope for a solution.

Fully cracked proggy doesn't need licenses; and "traffic light" showed without causing any side effects. It's when you don't want to see it that's tricky to get rid of it.

Sorry I filtered the licenses. At the moment there are no traffic lights and the process took me a long time to filter out. I wanted to know why the traffic lights phenomenon reads about some of the licenses. If you have the traffic lights, you will filter the licenses a little while, but you will be able to get rid of them. Successfully.

license: Mega_Free_1_Year_Update_FEU_NQ_2017_Q1 read in folder speedcam\Russia_HERE_2017.Q1_170126.spc

If you delete .spc files from speedcam folder you will never see traficlights...

I deleted the spc files and put the license that registered a 4.27 file and there are still traffic lights I changed the file 2017 in volume 2.2 and the traffic lights disappeared. Check which license you have and leave it only in the license folder and check. Note the file size. I checked all the options and there is a problem that the licenses do.

    Answer or confusion resolved
    Spoiler: .

Traffic Lights* are NOT speedcam (Redlight camera); look at screenshot in post #3. If you read this thread from start, it's about Traffic Lights not speedcam alerts. The file *.spc has nothing to do with Traffic Lights! In order for you to see Traffic Lights you need to either uses fully cracked proggy or have license. Same goes for speedcam .spc. They are two different capabilties. Traffic Lights data is from map (.fbl file)

    * Only show on map at some street intersections and doesn't have ability to alert you
