fuorigioco1981, the same answer for you, to test TMC put only Greece map and delete / rename save folder.
Started from original sys.txt I modify :
[tmc-http]
enabled = 1

thank you all tmc works fine now.even the online history.the problem was not sys but the fsp file and works only in HERE maps!

not exist any problem,the tmc work fine also wih tomtom map 09.2015, without fsp..

History Traffic is not online!!! That is a database of traffic flow, packed in fsp file. That's why it is "not working" without fsp files.
