Buddy - I think you should look to improve multimode.ini.- post above.
960/540 = 1.7777 - screen 16:9
800/480 = 1.6668 - screen 16:10
Aspect is shattered - so hence this situation.
Try what I sent - but do not forget to remove the SAVE folder (preferably clean uninstall apk and telephone)
And by the way - what is the model? HTC One S or Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini?
