IGO Primo iGO Primo does not have FPA, FSP, or FTR files.

I have a navigation device with iGO installed. When I connect the navigation device to my computer, Naviextras recognizes it. However, there's a problem. In the map folder, there's only an FBL file from 2012. Nothing else. That is, there are no FTR, FPA, or FSP files. But it also has lifetime free map updates. There are also paid maps in the store section. I updated it for free, and the 2025 Q4 Basarsoft Turkey map appeared. But the map folder is still missing the FTR, FPA, and FSP files. Now, if I update it using the paid version, will the FTR, FPA, and FSP files appear?

After all these years and all the happenings around us, I see that many users still have big misconceptions
One of the biggest is understanding the concept - LIFETIME
This has been written about many times and I will repeat it again - such support does not refer to the life of the user/owner of the device, but to its expected market life of the product (technical product, software ...).
It used to be several years, today we are witnessing that in the case of some e.g. software, it is valid literally until the next release, regardless of whether it is 6 months or 6 years.

You are very lucky to have received a free update after so many years.
ftr files are only necessary for truckers. If a standard device was purchased, it is normal that it did not have such content
What did not initially come with the device and was not paid for will not appear in the new content.

And no, you can't mix the original software with the content you downloaded from the forum. Not because they are not compatible, but because it was made that way and you don't have the necessary licenses. You won't find them anywhere, don't try

Before the next redundant question, start browsing the Forum.
Absolutely everything you need is already there, you just need a little goodwill and time.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
