    Default igo primo q5 satav stuck on autodetecting gps reciever

    not sure if right section...


    my igo primo q5 satnav is stuck on autodetecting gps reciever
    instead of saying looking for gps signal
    i did the reset from software and the hard reset no luck
    when in software and check gps reset i get open serial port so no idea why wondered if anyone can help
