iGO, like any application under Android, is made to work in full screen mode (without borders) or in a window with a frame that again occupies the entire screen
Even when you change the software resolution, it only applies to the quality and detail's level of visual display


And, in the case that only the window under iGO is moved to the right, and the other applications function normally, this again means that you have not set the software resolution in sys file.
Then - make an effort, browse the Forum. Hint: dpi and base_dpi
