    Default Question about licenses

    I download new maps every 1 or 2 years but I'm not sure what to do with licenses.
    Every time I download a new map I get the newest licese file and drop it in the license folder. There are already over 100 files files in there. Some of them are for other devices and others are for older maps.
    How could I clean this folder? What are the necessary license files to use iGO?

    Every time I download a new license it's named like "Mega_Free_1_Year_Update...". Is it actually usable for 1 year or it could work forever if I don't update the map? I have a few licenses named "Mega_Free_LIFETIME_Update_BASARSOFT...". Are they actually lifetime and what's their purpose?

    You need [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    And for some app versions you also need that licenses (sometimes there are 2) that came with maps.

    You can always remove all licenses that have similar names with those you mentioned and are for different (older) map releases.
    Those 'Free_LIFETIME_Update' and 'Free_1_Year_Update' expressions are only relevant for original apps, and are explaing how long maps can be updated for free.

    The basic question is - for which software

    A lot has been discussed about matter in general, I don't see that this topic is necessary


    I have two licenses for my iGO on WInCE PDA and I haven't added any for more then 10 years
    For NextGen editions in the phone, I don't have any other than those mentioned in sticky topic
    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    iGO can not function w/o lics. As I said - already discussed.
