What does R3 described in the "iGO R3 HERE" and iGO R3 NAVTEQ" designations mean?
I didn't find the meaning of "R3" in any tutorial...

It is their nomenclature. We assume that the third revision of the software and thus the maps (format).
Certainly absolutely irrelevant information ...
