Thread: Help

I use a generic chinese Multimedia gps unit , I have had it for a few years and it has been excellent, But lately whenever i turn the gps off it goes to a white screen . Then i have to turn the unit off and back on to listen to music or the radio. . it only happens when i turn the gps off and not everytime either .... photo of the screen with error message
