Zenec z e2015 software

Hi guys I dont have any software on my zenec z-e2015 device. I dont know if its windows or android so if anyone has any experience with these devices help would be appreciated. Also can I use normal igo primo or I have to use zenec igo primo
(igo Nextgen ZENEC 9.19.5.584533) which I have seen here in topics.

WinCE is on the device. It only works Igo because of the dual audio. There are two programs here in the forum that you can use.

With the first link, TTS works. Only the TTS files have to be added.

The TTS does not work with the second link.

Thank you, when I insert sd card with this you sent me navi option is greyed out and cannot be pressed. What do I have to do?
I guess I haven't made good folder structure on my sd card, my root looks like this:
-content
-license
-tts_loq
...
-navigation.exe

I hope you get it. And I dont know how it should be.

EDIT: Solved. Just put everything in Navigation folder.
